You control your personal information. On The Way Laundry honors data subject requests consistent with CCPA, GDPR principles, and applicable law. We do not sell your personal information.

What you can request

Access — a copy of the personal data we hold about you. Correction — fix inaccurate information. Deletion — remove your account and personal data. Opt out — of analytics and of any sale of personal information (we do not sell it).

How to submit a request

Signed-in customers can manage most data directly in account settings (addresses, payment methods, care preferences, communication preferences). For access, deletion, or a formal export, email hello@onthewaylaundry.com from the address on your account, or write to Dual Vision Enterprises LLC. We verify your identity before fulfilling a request to protect your data.

Timing

Verified requests are fulfilled within 30 days. We will tell you if we need more time or if an exception applies.

What deletion means

Deletion removes your account and personal data. Some records required for legal, tax, fraud-prevention, or accounting purposes are retained for the periods described in our data retention policy, anonymized where possible. Payment card data is held by our payment processor (Stripe), not by On The Way Laundry.

No retaliation

We will not deny service, charge different prices, or provide a different quality of service because you exercised your privacy rights.
