This page explains exactly how our text messaging works — what we send, how you opt in, and how to stop. We send only transactional messages for a laundry pickup and delivery service you signed up for. We never send marketing texts, and we never share your number or messaging consent with third parties for their marketing.

Program description

On The Way Laundry is operated by Dual Vision Enterprises LLC. The On The Way Laundry messaging program sends transactional SMS to customers of our laundry pickup and delivery service: account verification codes (one-time sign-in codes), order status updates (pickup confirmed, driver en route, delivered), and pickup reminders.

How you opt in

You opt in on onthewaylaundry.com by checking an SMS consent box that is unchecked by default during account signup, or by enabling text updates in your account settings. Consent to receive texts is not a condition of purchase. You can review and change your messaging preferences anytime in your account settings.

Message types & examples

  • Verification code: "Your On The Way Laundry verification code is 123456. It expires in 10 minutes. Reply STOP to opt out."
  • Order update: "On The Way Laundry: Your driver is on the way for pickup. Track your order from your account. Reply STOP to opt out."
  • Pickup reminder: "On The Way Laundry: Your pickup is tomorrow. Have your bags ready at your saved pickup location. Reply STOP to opt out."

Message frequency

Message frequency varies by your activity — you receive texts tied to your sign-ins, orders, and scheduled pickups. We do not send recurring marketing blasts.

Message and data rates may apply, depending on your mobile carrier and plan.

How to opt out or get help

Reply STOP to any message to opt out of texts at any time. Reply HELP for help, or contact support@onthewaylaundry.com. Opting out of texts does not affect your ability to use the service.
